Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity involves working as an Advanced Critical Care Practitioner within our busy and progressive Critical Care Unit. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care to critically ill patients, collaborating closely with medical colleagues, and contributing to the development of a flexible and sustainable workforce for Critical Care.
Key Responsibilities- Review and manage critically ill patients on acute wards and in the Emergency Department.
- Work autonomously or under Consultant supervision to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced clinician with extensive Critical Care knowledge and a high level of clinical skill. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to develop yourself, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care within the four pillars of advanced clinical practice.
