Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant.
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide support and assistance with daily living tasks, ensuring their independence and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with household chores
- Encouraging clients to participate in activities and hobbies, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals

- Compassionate and caring, with a genuine interest in supporting others
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
