Care Coordinator

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of residential care, nursing care, and dementia care in the UK. As a Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews
- Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
About You:
We're looking for individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. If you're compassionate, committed to individualised care, and eager to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
