Nursery Care Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an organized and compassionate Nursery Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare services.

Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of care and administration, allowing our educators to focus on delivering exceptional educational experiences for children. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit our nursery community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
  • Support the planning and implementation of educational activities and events
  • Develop strong relationships with children, families, and staff members
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
