Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Nursery Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare practitioners, developing educational programmes, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers. You will also contribute to the overall management of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who possesses a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for child development. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate creativity and imagination in their approach to childcare, and possess strong personal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possession of a valid enhanced DBS certificate
