Nursery Deputy Manager Position
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join our Hadland Care Group team at Tops Day Nurseries. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £40 per hour. Our nursery provides a supportive and inclusive environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years, operating Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment for children.
- Foster a positive team culture by providing guidance, support, and training to staff members.
- Coordinate resource allocation, maintaining routines, and communicating effectively with senior management.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans and track child progress.
- Uphold strict standards of child safeguarding and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
