More detail about the role Strategic Leadership and Programme Management: Drive the digital transformation journey, including advancements to core HR systems and the broader digital landscape. Lead the People Digital Technology team, ensuring effective planning and execution of work streams and programmes. Technology Implementation and Management: Oversee the delivery of digital platforms such as the Employee Engagement Layer (EEL), API/Integration Solution, and Data Lake.

Lead the creation and implementation of information systems for effective data sharing and analysis. Manage system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations to ensure seamless functionality. Ensure compliance with information governance and data privacy regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Act as the technology expert and lead for People Digital Solution vendor selections and tendering processes.

Coordinate technical requirements and delivery across all trusts within the system, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and compliance. Foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS England, technology vendors, and implementation partners. Key Qualifications/Demonstrated Knowledge Masters degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Extensive knowledge of HR technology, including HRIS, Recruitment, Learning, API/Integration Solutions, Data Lakes, and Employee Engagement Layers.

Proven experience in leading large-scale HRIS programmes and digital transformation initiatives. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Interview Date: To be confirmed
