We are currently looking for a highly skilled Director of Observations and Technology to lead our technical services team. As a key member of our Extended Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our 24/7 operations of our technical infrastructure, including operational IT services.

This role requires someone with a strong track record of successful project and programme management, using financial, planning and delivery methodologies to achieve key business outcomes to time, cost and quality. You will also need to be able to inspire and motivate others to continuously improve and look for opportunities to challenge the way things are done.

We offer a comprehensive total reward package worth up to £103,000 annually, which includes:
  • A competitive base salary of £72,500 per annum (pro-rata to part-time hours)
  • An outstanding Civil Service pension with an average employer contribution of 28.97%
  • A discretionary performance-related bonus and eligibility to participate in an Associate Director bonus scheme
  • Relocation Assistance may be available
  • Annual Leave starting at 27.5 days (plus Bank Holidays) rising to 32.5 days (plus Bank Holidays) after 5 years
