You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting Service Users to achieve their goals and build a brighter future. With your natural ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate care, you will make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

The 24-hour acute inpatient service at Elysium Healthcare is dedicated to assessing, treating, and stabilising individuals suffering from significant mental health episodes. As a Nursing Associate, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring that every Service User receives the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and developing individualised care plans
  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care
  • Maintaining accurate and concise clinical records
  • Participating in supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff
