About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at The Place of Safety, located at Wonford House Hospital. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a supportive environment with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.

Job Description

This role is perfect for individuals who have completed their preceptorship and have experience working with adults with mental health problems. You will be responsible for providing person-centered care, leading a team, and working creatively to help patients recover independence and return to their local community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Assess situations, make decisions, and coordinate responses calmly and safely
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • RMN / Registered Nurse (Mental Health) qualification with current NMC registration
  • Completed preceptorship and experience working with adults with mental health problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including a relocation package of up to £8,000 and a refer-a-friend scheme.
