We are committed to providing high-quality mental health care services, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team, contributing to the mental health care of people in the general hospital. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a key role in making specialist mental health assessments, devising interventions, and developing individual recovery plans for those in need.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, working closely with colleagues from various backgrounds, including nursing, occupational therapy, and social work. With your extensive post-registration experience, you will lead on completing biopsychosocial assessments and clinically supervise junior and unqualified staff, while mentoring students. You will also engage in teaching colleagues, both within your team and in the DGH setting.
