About the Role

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Senior Mental Health Leader to join its multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will lead a team and strive for excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison and collaborative working with care co-ordinators, commissioners, and other services/agencies to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Implementation of the Mental Health Act and liaison with relevant authorities.
  • Multi-disciplinary and partnership working to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Administrative duties including NHSE contractual obligations and discharge summaries.
  • Maintaining professional registration and codes of conduct.
  • Maintaining Section 12(2) and approved clinician status.
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.
  • MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
  • Ability to take full responsibility for patient care.
  • Section 12(2) approval and approved clinician status.
  • Experience in General Adult settings and multi-disciplinary teams.
