Mental Health Leadership Specialist

**Job Description:** As a Mental Health Leadership Specialist, you will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to our team of professionals who provide mental health services to vulnerable individuals across Devon.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with a focus on leadership and management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support vulnerable individuals, as well as leading a team of professionals who provide outreach services.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of **£70,000 - £90,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
