Mental Health Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs in various settings across England.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse
- Ensure that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing
**Requirements**
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience)
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as the Care Certificate or a QCF Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Support Services issued after 2011
