Mental Health Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Liaison Psychiatry service based in Exeter. The successful candidate will have a key role in contributing to the mental health care of people in the general hospital.
As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be working within a busy team who complete both assessment and consultation work with people who require support for their mental health needs. You will make specialist mental health assessments, devise interventions, and help people to recover.
The ideal candidate will have extensive post-registration experience working at band 5 (2-3 years minimum) in mental health care, ideally in both inpatient and community settings. They should also have experience of leading on completion of biopsychosocial assessments and clinically supervising junior staff.
A salary of approximately £43,000 - £55,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience. We offer a range of training opportunities, including CPD modules, to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
