As a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner in the Urgent Care Pathway within CAMHS, you will form part of a close-knit team providing crucial care and support to children and young people facing mental health issues.
About the Role: Working closely with colleagues, you will undertake assessments, observations, care planning, interventions, documentation, and safeguarding. Your dedication and adaptability will be key in meeting the varied needs of your clients. Some travel may be required.
You'll Need: Previous experience in mental health settings, strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with diverse groups, and a commitment to collaborative working practices. Relevant qualifications, such as the Care Certificate and Level 3 Health and Social Care, are also essential.
