Career Opportunities:

We are seeking an Experienced Child Psychotherapist Leader to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a senior member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Psychotherapy provision across the county.

You will have a strong background in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, with experience in supporting the development of others through supervision and training. You will be keen to further develop your leadership skills to contribute to quality improvement and service development within your pathway and the wider service.

Salary: £65,549 - £93,276 per annum

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of our Psychotherapy provision across the county
  • Supporting the development of others through supervision and training
  • Contributing to quality improvement and service development within your pathway and the wider service
About the Department:

Our department is dedicated to providing integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health. We work closely with other organizations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework.

We are committed to supporting the growth of the profession and the provision of Trainee placements. Our team includes registered Mental Health Practitioners from various backgrounds, including Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and creative therapies.

Key Requirements:

  • Doctorate Level ACP accredited training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
  • Full membership of Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP)
  • Post-qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Ability to travel across Devon
