Senior Practitioner

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that prioritize client-centered care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Professional mental health qualification (RMN, CQSW / ASW, BSc/Diploma in OT, SROT, Chartered Clinical Psychologist, ENB 811/812 or CPN Degree)
- At least two years of post-registration experience in mental health care, including inpatient and community settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
**Compensation Package:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
