Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • In this role, you will provide specialist teaching and training resources, as well as undergraduate student placements, including assessment.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and support the development of mental health services in the Eastern catchment area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapeutic programs to support children and adolescents with mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to drive around the Eastern catchment area.
  • Prior experience working in mental health or a related field is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • This position involves a Monday to Friday schedule, with rotational Saturday shifts (approximately 1 in 4).
  • You will work within a dynamic team environment, promoting excellence in patient care and service delivery.

Compensation Package:

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of £43,055 - £63,758, depending on experience. You will also receive access to a range of benefits, including extensive staff discounts, cycle-to-work schemes, and the NHS Pension scheme.
