Leadership Position in Mental Health Services

As a Senior Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality complex assessments and psychotherapy to children, young people, and their families
- Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to address the needs of children and young people with severe, chronic, and enduring mental health concerns
- Working collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to assess and respond to clinical and safeguarding risks as needed
- Providing clinical supervision to Trainee Psychotherapists and Band 7 colleagues
- Taking a lead in areas of service development to support a culture of quality improvement
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including registered Mental Health Practitioners, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists, Systemic Psychotherapists, Clinical Psychologists, CBT Therapists, and Psychiatrists.
