Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients
- Coordinating care activities and services with other healthcare professionals
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience)
- Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements, studying towards a Mental Health Nursing degree
