Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients
  • Coordinating care activities and services with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience)
  • Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements, studying towards a Mental Health Nursing degree
