Administrative Team Supervisor

About the Role:
As a key member of the Medical Imaging team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a large administration team. With strong administrative skills and the ability to plan and prioritise their workload, this individual will ensure the smooth operation of the team and provide a high level of service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and delegate work to the administration team
- Manage waiting lists and outpatient bookings
- Coordinate staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage
- Support the clinical team to provide an efficient service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
