Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our Sales Team, customers, and rental locations.
- Manage customer queries and ensure smooth day-to-day running of accounts.
- Monitor personal and team inboxes to ensure timely responses with proper email etiquette.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
- Update information, contracts, and paperwork.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in administration.
Requirements:- No prior experience necessary.
- Happy to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skill and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask.
- IT literate.
