Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Security team as an Administrative Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization, providing administrative support to our clients and contributing to the promotion of a positive security culture.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Security & Resilience Manager and be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a company pension scheme, life assurance, discounted gym memberships, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Security team, including booking meetings, scanning and filing documents, producing reports, and covering office duties.
- Monitor the security hatch alarm system and report any faults to the relevant manager.
- Develop, monitor, and update security technician site visit routes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Promote a positive security culture among customers, employees, partners, and contractors.
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work out of hours when required.
