About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for administering licensing responsibilities and providing excellent customer service to applicants. Your duties will include processing applications, determining suitability of applicants, and responding to requests for advice and guidance.

  • You will work closely with the Senior Licensing Officer to ensure that all applications are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • You will also be responsible for receiving and processing payments, issuing receipts, and recording transactions according to financial rules and procedures.
  • Furthermore, you will manage computer-based information systems and provide training to staff as needed.
