Security and Administration Coordinator

Securitas Security Services is seeking a highly organized and skilled Security and Administration Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including booking meetings, scanning and filing, and producing reports.
- Using the Incident Management System to record and escalate security event reports as necessary.
- Monitoring the security hatch alarm system and reporting any faults.
- Developing, monitoring, and updating the Security Technician site visit routes.
- Conducting audits and managing the Security mailbox.
- Allocating tasks to Security Technicians and collating information on annual leave and sickness.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company pension scheme, life assurance, and discounted gym memberships.
