About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to drive revenue and margin growth within an assigned territory of the EMEA sales region for STERIS AST.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships and marketplace dynamics within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Manufacturers, setting the stage for selling STERIS AST value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with customers' procurement, executive, and legal teams to secure long-term agreements for complex technical products across regional supply chains.
  • Cross functional leadership skills to ensure a high level of customer focus and assist in understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Set and execute strategic goals for their assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of selling complex technical products and/or services, with a focus on negotiation and securing long-term agreements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and make critical decisions.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with marketing, operations, and quality teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in Excel and CRM tools.
