Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Territory Sales Executive to join our team. As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company's revenue target for new business in line with the company's strategy for customer size, type, and service mix. This will involve cold calling and door knocking to attract and develop new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop a personal prospect funnel sufficient in size to fund both DPD and DPD Local new business targets as laid down in the company's strategic plan.
Monitor performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile. Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur.
Successfully handover all new accounts to either the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager by the end of the first eight weeks of trade.
Identify and pursue regular trading opportunities on a daily and weekly basis.
Champion the partnership process wherever possible with any new prospects.
Achieve productivity targets, including 12 brand new prospect visits each week.
Achieve all portfolio product targets as laid down by the company.
Obtain all the correct documentation required to process a credit facility to ISO standard.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a career history that clearly evidences success within a sales or similar environment and a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will have outstanding communication, persuading, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to focus on your customers to fully understand their needs and gain their commitment. You will also have high levels of integrity and empathy, the ability to manage your own time effectively to meet targets and deadlines, and the ability to adapt your style to suit the needs of internal and external customers. Additionally, you will have effective problem resolution and objection handling skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a positive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach. A full UK driving licence is essential.
