Job Overview

DPD Group UK is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Territory Sales Executive to join our team of skilled sales professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a personal prospect funnel to achieve revenue targets for new business
  • Monitor performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile and implement action plans for variances
  • Successfully handover new accounts to the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager within eight weeks of trade
  • Pursue regular trading opportunities on a daily and weekly basis
  • Champion the partnership process with new prospects
  • Achieve productivity targets, including 12 brand new prospect visits per week
  • Achieve all portfolio product targets as laid down by the company
  • Obtain necessary documentation to process a credit facility to ISO standard

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales or a similar environment with a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed
  • Outstanding communication, persuading, and influencing skills
  • Ability to focus on customers to understand their needs and gain their commitment
  • High levels of integrity and empathy
  • Effective time management and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt style to suit internal and external customers
  • Full UK driving licence
