Sales and Marketing Manager for Building Envelope Products

Job Description:
We are seeking a driven sales professional to promote our client's high quality, market-leading range of Building Envelope Products in the North England region.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop new business in the defined sales region through a consultative sales approach
- Represent the company in a professional and proficient manner at all times
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing distributors
- Develop relationships with Specialist Installers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Distributors and OEM's
Objectives:
- Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets
- Exceed budgeted profit and sales targets
Principal Duties:
- Manage key accounts within sales territory
- Develop new and existing business within the region by working with sub-contractors, key OEM and distribution partners
- Provide technical/consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships with
