Regional Therapy Services Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Therapy Services Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver therapy services that meet the needs of adults with complex needs, including dementia, mental health, and physical disabilities.
- Work closely with Regional Directors to align therapy services with business objectives.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy and HCPC registration.
- At least five years of post-graduate experience and a proven track record of leadership and management.
