Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and excellent leadership skills. As a Pharmaceutical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical projects, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients, providing clinical expertise and guidance to team members, contributing to the development of new clinical services and programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical projects
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical services and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a good understanding of QOF and disease registers, good knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices, good problem-solving, organisational and oral and written communication skills, ability to focus on detail, establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients, and effective skill in using MS Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel. You will also need to have in-depth knowledge of applicable guidelines, regulations, and SOPs, and be willing to travel (driving and access to own car required).
