About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Vertiv. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, coordinating with colleagues, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional service delivery targets, focusing on efficient deployment of engineers and coordination with other office personnel. Key tasks include liaising with technical management, arranging engineer calls, and preparing job packages.

Key Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need previous planning experience, proficiency in bespoke planning software, and strong computer literacy skills. Additionally, you should possess excellent telephone skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and be a cooperative and effective communicator and organizer.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in our organization.
