Job Description:

PE Global is currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Coordinator to join our team. This is a contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Speaker Meetings and Independent Meetings: Ensure the seamless execution of speaker meetings and independent meetings in your designated region, maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Medical Education Associate Programs: Coordinate Medical Education Associate programs in the region, contributing to the professional development of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in the region, alleviating their administrative burden and enabling them to focus on strategic activities and HCP engagement.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Organize and facilitate regional speaker tours, coordinating logistics such as scheduling, venue selection, and speaker briefings.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate closely with fellow P2P Coordinators to identify best practices and strong advocates from other areas, and work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and systems to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Manage the process for HCP sponsorships to national and international congresses, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
