Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and developing marketing campaigns to support regional brand awareness and business development objectives.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' hands-on marketing experience and excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. They will also have experience working with external email systems, such as MailChimp, and Adobe InDesign. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to engage with local communities and promote business development objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and local businesses.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and campaign evaluation.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment, and be a team player. A full, clean driving licence is also required for occasional travel.
