Job Title: Occupational Therapy Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Program Manager to join our team at Social Care and Education Jobs. As an experienced therapist, you will be responsible for implementing occupational therapy programs aligned with the school's ethos. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support pupil progress and maintain accurate records. Participate in risk assessments and communicate effectively with parents and external professionals.

The successful candidate will also be entitled to a range of benefits including a Pension Scheme, Health Care Plan, Blue Light Card, and Free Online GP Service. Additionally, they will receive Life Assurance, Free DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service), and a Flexible pay day scheme. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be provided to ensure continuous growth and success in this role.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £38,500 based on national averages.
