Occupational Therapy Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our occupational therapy services.

The successful candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or related field, with at least 7 years' experience working in a leadership role. You will also require excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is based in various locations across England, Scotland, and Wales.

We place the outcomes of our pupils at the heart of everything we do. Our experienced clinical team provides specialist therapy services to support the needs of children with complex disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the delivery of our occupational therapy services
  • To contribute to the overall strategy of our service
  • To oversee multiple projects and priorities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • At least 7 years' experience working in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
