Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description


The Imaging Systems Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the installation and support of imaging systems, working closely with external vendors and internal technology caregivers.



Duties:

  • Coordinate installation and support of imaging systems
  • Support users in the use of PACS/VNA, RIS, and third-party systems
  • Manage digital image transfers and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide support for Clinical Imaging Systems equipment
  • Ensure compliance with local rules and departmental policies


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • BSc(Hons) Radiography/Computer Science/Health Informatics or equivalent
  • PACS Administrator training essential
  • Current valid HCPC registration desired
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge of Imaging Systems
  • Knowledge of Information Governance and working practices within Imaging departments
