Job Description

We are UniQ Studios, a fast-growing creative production studio with unrivalled ambition. We require an experienced Image Coordinator and Retoucher to join our small but dynamic team.

This role involves performing art working and image editing of photography, quality control on images, creating guidelines and feedback to the photography team and other retouchers within the company.

You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director and have a strong career development opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-moving progressive company.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Retouching high volumes of images, including batch processing, resizing, and cropping.
  • Retouching invisible mannequin, model, product, and jewelry images.
  • Accurately following detailed retouching notes provided by clients or line managers.
  • Maintaining and organizing all production assets on our servers.
  • Supporting other team members and providing inspiration.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, natural creative flair, and experience working in a similar eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
