Dental Imaging Systems Lead

About this role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily operational duties of various Imaging Systems, including PACS, iTero, Romexis, iDixel, RIS, and VNA. These systems are critical components of the Trusts' dental imaging infrastructure.
The post-holder will work closely with the Dental clinical staff to resolve any Imaging Systems related issues at RNTNEDH.
Main responsibilities of the job
The successful candidate will maintain the dental imaging systems, perform data validation, coordinate with the department regarding downtime and software upgrades, troubleshoot problems and incidents, and perform some information extraction and analysis.
Applicants must have a good knowledge of computer systems, terminology, and dental experience.
They will have exposure to strategic planning and implementation for developments of the systems in conjunction with local IT teams and third-party suppliers.
