We're recruiting for an experienced Marketplace Manager to join THG Nutrition Division. As well as our iconic Myprotein Brand, you'll also work with the Myvitamins, Myvegan, and Exante portfolios. Across all our brands, we have ambitious plans to grow further online, and we're looking for a Marketplace Manager to help us achieve these.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's profit and volume objectives are successfully met.
- Build strong relationships and interface across multiple functions both internally and externally.
- Proactively create and run internal and external reports using a range of systems, analyzing external data and insights databases.
- Oversee overall Amazon output - commercial and operational aspects.
- Coordinate between various departments involved in accounts.
- Chair meetings and ensure follow-ups.
- Support senior managers in driving growth and developing strategy.
- Generate KPIs and analyze output and data.
- Fully manage the online ordering site.
- Ensure the catalogue is up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop upsell options and refresh marketing and creative content.
- Generate KPIs and analyze output and data.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with established analytical skills.
- Not afraid to challenge when needed. We want different perspectives and ideas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the Amazon platform, essential.
- Additional experience with other in-house or public digital platforms, preferable.
- Candidate should have experience communicating with and coordinating multiple departments within a business.
- Strong communication skills, essential.
