Location: Hybrid, Manchester, Trafford Park
Reporting to: Commercial Director
We’re hiring a Supplier Manager to become the driving force behind our marketplace platform. This isn’t just a role—it’s your chance to shape how we work with our sellers (suppliers) and help them thrive.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things supplier-related, managing relationships, solving challenges, and keeping performance on track. From hands-on system training to identifying opportunities for growth, you’ll ensure our suppliers, and our platform, perform at their best.

A typical day:
- Acting as the main point of contact for sellers (suppliers), managing queries and resolving complaints.
- Delivering system training and ensuring all seller (supplier) data is spot-on.
- Monitoring supply chain performance, spotting areas to improve, and celebrating wins.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tackle day-to-day challenges and streamline processes.
- Keeping service levels high and standards even higher.
