About the role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketplace Manager to join THG Nutrition Division. As well as our iconic Myprotein Brand you will also working with the Myvitamins, Myvegan and Exante portfolios. Across all our brands we have incredibly ambitious, exciting, and innovative plans to grow further online, and we are looking for a Marketplace Manager to join the team to help us achieve these. Reporting into the Head of Marketplaces and working closely with a range of internal teams you will be tasked with ensuring the company’s profit and volume objectives are successfully met.

Being able to build strong relationships and interface across multiple functions both internally and externally whilst supporting within the commercial teamProactively creating and running internal and external reports using a range of systems, analysing external data and insights databasesOversee overall Amazon output - commercial and operational aspectsCoordinate between various departments involved in accountChair meetings and ensure follow-upsSupport senior manager in driving growth and develop strategyGenerate KPI’s and analyse output and dataFully manage the online ordering siteEnsure catalogue is up-to-date and accurateDevelop upsell options and refresh marketing and creative contentGenerate KPI’s and analyse output and data

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

Have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook whilst being able to demonstrate your already established analytical skillsNot be afraid to challenge when needed. This is important we want different perspectives and ideasMinimum 2 years experience of Amazon platform essentialAdditional experience with other in-house or public digital platforms preferableCandidate should have experience of communicating with and coordination of multiple departments within a business • Has experience and understanding of both commercial and operational functionsStrong communication skills essential
