Supplier Manager (12 Months FTC) Location: Hybrid, Manchester, Trafford Park Reporting to: Commercial Director We're hiring a Supplier Manager to become the driving force behind our marketplace platform.

From hands-on system training to identifying opportunities for growth, you'll ensure our suppliers, and our platform, perform at their best.

A typical day: Acting as the main point of contact for sellers (suppliers), managing queries and resolving complaints.
Delivering system training and ensuring all seller (supplier) data is spot-on.
Monitoring supply chain performance, spotting areas to improve, and celebrating wins.
Collaborating with internal teams to tackle day-to-day challenges and streamline processes.
Keeping service levels high and standards even higher.
