Pandora A/S is a leading jewellery company with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Loyalty Strategy Specialist to join our CRM & Loyalty team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and maximising value from our loyalty members across both the store and online business. This includes building and maintaining successful relationships across all relevant departments, including Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, and Global Loyalty teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the CRM & Loyalty Manager with all areas of the Loyalty strategy for the British Isles (UK and Ireland)
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships across all relevant departments
  • Being a champion for the loyalty programme and ensuring relevant departments include data capture in their activity

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous bonus scheme, private healthcare, and other benefits.
