Enhance Customer Loyalty: Harnham is recruiting a Loyalty CRM Executive to lead the development and execution of CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer segmentation, database optimisation, and analysing customer data to inform and refine strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM or loyalty marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Up to £150 per day.
  • Flexible working arrangement with 2-3 days a week in the office.
