Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer data to inform targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the marketing and data teams to ensure alignment across loyalty initiatives.
  • Track and report on CRM metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive day rate of up to £150 per day and will work in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days a week in the office located in Westfield shopping centre.
