Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Avios Expansion Executive to join our team at IAG Loyalty. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts with prospective partners in relevant markets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development, experience working with strategic global brands, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development pipeline, cultivating leads and initiating contact with prospects through to negotiation.
  • Work closely alongside the Head of Joint Business & Partnerships, and counterparts at Qatar Airways to shape and drive the business development process.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and objectives throughout the business development process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Passion for business development and ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Negotiation experience with ability to take multiple perspectives into account.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
