About Avios Group

Avios Group (AGL) Limited is a leading provider of loyalty and travel-related services. As a globally mobile role, this position will be responsible for driving business development with prospective partners in relevant markets.

We are working towards the goal of turning Avios into a truly global currency and seeing it adopted by other businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely alongside the Head of Joint Business & Partnerships to shape and drive the business development process, particularly sales pitches and commercial negotiations.
  • You will drive the business development pipeline, cultivating leads and initiating contact with prospects through to negotiation.
  • You will foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and counterparts at Qatar Airways, understanding their needs and objectives throughout the business development process.
Requirements:
  • Passion for relationship management and experience of working with strategic global brands.
  • Experience in a business development or account management environment, preferably with sector background such as Financial Services or Retail.
  • Negotiation experience with the ability to take multiple perspectives into account.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is also available.
