**Role Overview and Features:**

This position involves spearheading the strategy for CRM and loyalty systems across the UK and European markets. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead project teams, and ensure successful delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM and loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive project delivery.
